Looking to buy UCO, 2000-15000mt a mo, CIF

We are looking for UCO for biodiesel use.
We buy for our customer UCO in flexitanks or other packing, 2000mt to 15000mt monthly on annual contract for biodiesel production, bottom price CIF Mediterranean sea port (ASWP), payment through LC only against full set shipping documents, SGS at loading port.

* detailed specification - past SGS copy or similar surveyor document
* SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, etc. or similar inspection/verification service
is to draw samples from each container at country of origin, seal the containers and conduct chemical
analysis, must have ISCC certification to verify.
