Nikolaev region goes over to pellet central heating
Nowadays in some areas of the Nikolaev region social facilities, such as small FAPs, dispensaries and schools receive central heating from coal.
The deputy chairman of Nikolaev regional administration said that there were 2 areas that 100% have no gas these are Krivoozersky and Snigirevsky regions (except Snigirevka and 5 more settlements of the region, as well as two rural councils). These regions have a 100% reserve of coal for the heating season.
According to the first deputy governor in 2013 3 schools in Pervomaysk region began to use electric heating system instead of solid fuel. Also some kindergartens and schools of Bratsk region switched to gas central heating. Ochakiv and Voznesensk regions also refused to use coal.
But that's not all. At the moment, 46 thermal energy facilities of the social sphere were registered in the Ministry of economy as investment projects. Later, these objects will operate due to the alternative heating source such as pellets. Only 26 projects will be implemented in Voznesensk region. Electric heating system also will be used. These projects are officially registered and now registered in the National Agency for Energy Efficiency. In the nearest terms the agency will announce the decision to start financing experts and data objects. The Agency should announce experts' decision as soon as possible and start financing of the projects.
