Producing is based on adhesive-chemical processes in viscoplastic systems. Technology doesn't need using astringents, because astringents behaviors are
provided for fine elements of fossil coal. Composition fuel can be produced of anthracite rubbles, charcoal muds, brown coal, solid fuel waste and different combinations.
Ready-made fuel has calorific value >3500 large cal./kg.
