2.2. Special Features & advantage comparing with Flat die-driven pellet mill:

1. The gear of gear box uses high quality alloy steel with nitrogen case hardening dispose and grinded accurately and particularly; it has steady transmission ,low noise, big bearing capacity, low rising rate in temperature and long life ,and so on superiorities.

2. The main shaft is allocated with heavy load Thrust Bearing which bears strong axial force, and has long use life.

3. Use big diameter roller to produce in higher capacity, higher pelletize rate, uniformity and higher strength pellets.

4. Making wear-resisting process on the roller and flat die, and both sides of flat can be used to extend the use life.

5. All of bearings use sealed structure to prevent entering dust; change the work environment of bearings and extend the use life of bearings.

6. By adjusting the spread pattern of the hole, to enlarge the contact area of the flat die with the roller, by which way can make the flat die with much lower wear and extend the use life.

7. The shell is made of steel, with much better strength and ductility.

8. Wide range of raw materials can be applied, such as wood sawdust, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, rice husk, straw etc., don’t need any additive.

9. The diameter of pellets from 6-12mm, which can be choosed by users freely.
