Camelina is a mustard family cover crop, producing a high grade feedstock oil. It is grown in cooler climates and sometimes as Winter wheat, drilled in the Fall and harvested in the Spring.
Camelina makes an excellent aviation fuel and currently is the only commercially grown feedstock being used in the military drop-in
fuel test programs and commercial airline bio jet fuel tests.
Feedstock oil from camelina sells to several different types of end users within the biofuel industry.
