Honda presented a new car model to the Detroit Auto Show visitors

Honda introduced new car with integrated hydrogen fuel cells that will be available for orders next year. The company also shared their plans concerning new models and battery units’ production in 2018.  

During the Detroit-2015 Auto Show Honda introduced new concept car with integrated fuel cells. This car’s name is FCV (fuel cell veichle). And the manufacturer announced the car would be available for orders in 2016 and couldcompete with Toyota Mirai.

Honda representatives also informed that they had totally improved portability and efficiency of the fuel cell technology development concept. New cells complex using hydrogen as fuel is 33% smaller than the similar one in FCX Clarity and 60% more powerful. This new fuel element totally fits under the FCV hood and that will provide more space into the car. The new car is able to drive without topping-up about 400 km. Its fuel elements are capable to recharge for 3 minutes and the tail pipe produces steam only.

Besides the presentation of fuel elements new technology Honda company announced the new hybrid cars developing with double and triple integrated fuel system. All of them will be available foe orders in 2018. Honda considers such a product extension 'a way to develop ultra-thin carbon technologies'.
