In Odessa, schools and kindergartens will be heated with a straw alternative source. It was announced by the vice-mayor of the city. Of course, the decision to convert to another heating fuel takes time and money to fulfill it, but the transition plan already exists.
Indeed, any changes in approaches to heating the buildings would entail the need to review the entire heating system, as it was, for example, while replacing of the coal heating system with the gas one.
The plans of Odessa administration inspire confidence, especially with the cold weather which began in November 2011 and went severe later in winter. Hopefully, the changes and improvements in the issue of heating these establishments are inevitable.
