New Rochelle downtown business improvement districts have announced the commencement of project works, located in the vicinity of Library Green Business Centre and cover its demand for electric energy solely by solar panels' using.
The Mayor Noam Bramson expressed confidence that new Arts Centre will become not only new element in the cultural life of the city, but also emphasize the willingness of the municipality to the development of alternative energy.
"The establishment of such Art Centre right in the downtown will not only emphasize our sense of community, but also demonstrate our commitment to the sustainable future," said Business Improvement Districts Executive Director Ralph Dibart
