Semiconductors French company published the financial report for the last year third quarter.
According to this document a French-based company experiences financial losses. That is why it announced the necessity of business-process reengineering and focusing the main business area. That caused mass layout at the company’s plant in the city of San Diego, USA.
The plant dealing with concentrator photovoltaic panels’ production was built tree years ago and it was supposed to create 450 work places. This project got support from Jerry Sanders, a city major, Jerry Brown, a state governor and many other officials and local business representatives. Jerry Sanders, a head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry now during the plant launching ceremony announced that this project would make San Diego a leader in clean energy production. Unfortunately the amount of orders for the solar panels is getting smaller and that led to such a result.
