As a result of the meeting of foreign ministers of Poland, Germany and France, the ministers called on the United States and the European Commission to speed up efforts for establishment an alternative plan for the power industry of Ukraine, necessary in case of force majeure.
The Ministers expressed support to the efforts of the European Commission in the course of trilateral gas talks between Russia, Ukraine and the European Union, the next round of which has been postponed from April 14 for an indefinite period. Separately, in a statement noticed that the new energy plan must be created in parallel with the reforms in the energy sector of Ukraine and comply with the legislation of the European Union and Energy Union.
