We offer a line for wood-shaving briquettes production including barking plant? dryer and 2 briquetting presses.
1.The barker is for processing timbering with dimensions to 200 mm. in diameter. After processing the scale of feedstock is 3-5 mm. that is enough for further briquetting.
2.The dryer is for feedstock drying the humidity of which does not exceed 12%. The optimal humidity of all feedstock types for briquetting is 8%. The range of humidity for sucessfull briquetting is 5-12%.
3. The press for briquetting.
The briquetting process is done in extruder by the method of hard shaping with initial raw material feeding by conic rotating screw creating pressure sufficient for feedstock agglomeration in solid mass without additives. The binding material is lignin in the feedstock.
