Charcoal Briquette Manufacturing plant

I am looking to open a charcoal briquette manufacturing plant that will produce approximately 1500 kg/hr of the finished product, therefore atleast 10 tonnes a day.

I need quotes for the best machinery for the following processes:

1. Crushing/ grinding the raw material.

2. Drying the raw material

3. Conveyor belt for transport and screen for sifting the crushed raw materials.

4. Briquetting press that can acoomodate 1500 kg/hr, size of the finished briquette will not matter as it will be crushed later on in the form of charcoal.

5. A stove for converting the wood/agri pellets in to charcoal.

6. A Crusher for the finished charcoal

7. A mixer to to mix the crushed charcoal with the binder

8. A machine that will shape the charcoal into square pillow shaped charcoal.

9. and finally a packing machine if available.
