Our factory produces wooden impregnated sleepers for railways which corresponds to EN 13145, EN 13991, GOST 7889, GOST 8816-70, GOST 9463-88, GOST 20022.0-93.
Productivity of factory 2000 m3 (aprox. 20 000 sleepers) impregnated saw-timbers a month.
The main purpose of the factory operating activity is high - quality finished products.
Our production has the certificate to supply the enterprises of the Ukrainian railway with wooden impregnated sleepers.
The product quality is completely up to standard:
- geometry and the quality of wood - GOST-78-89, GOST- 78-2004;
- process protection of wood - GOST- 20022.0-93;
- process protection of wood( impregnation) - GOST-20022.5-93(Autoclave treatment) or - GOST-20022.6-93 (Steeping)
For production we use following breeds of wood: a pine (Pinus sylvestris), a
fur-tree (Picea abies), an oak(Quercus robur) and a beech(Fagus sylvatica).
For impregnation we use creosote of GOST 2770-74 analogue of mark B or
C of EN 13991.
Also, our company has been exporting various kinds of wood.
