Need investor for biomass briquetting plant

im setting a biomass briquetting plant here in the philippines using the coconut husks, palms and barks, etc as raw materials. im looking for investor/ lender who will lend me the initial start up capital, need around us$ 500,000.00 for the start up fund. willing to pay interest. loan will be paid within 10 years.
