In Arcade village of Wyoming County private residence burst in flame after the owners put the packages with wood pellets close to the electric heater.
As County Emergency Service representatives reported, at 2,18 a.m. they received an urgent call about private residence being on fire. House owners Catrina and Dan Dworzack were awaken by smoke detectors alarm, smelled smoke and called 911.
Fire team arrived immediately and kept struggling fire during one hour and a half. Service representatives consider the packages with wood pellets to become the cause of fire as they were stored to close to the electric heater. Fortunately, Wyoming County Emergency Service reported that the owner remained safe and uninjured. The total damage of their property amounted to $10 000. Still house conditions are not crucial and they do not have to search for another option to live in.
Arcade village Fire Service reported this incident with wood pellets to their colleagues in all the villages of Wyoming County to prevent such mishap in future and to provide their citizens with necessary help immediately just in case this happens again.
