Our company produces and offers machinery for manufacturing pellets from straw.

Set's purpose - produce fuel pellets from grain and oily culture straw, that they would be suitable for automate heating systems.

1. Straw rolls' and packs' transporter(Length 10,4m, 0,25 kW motoreducer with rate converter, 2 chains, measurement m: (10,4 x 2,1 x 2,5);

2. Shredder(Includes rotor and screw transporter, rotor el.engine -37kW, shredder gear motor -3,0kW, including rate converter,screw transporter's gear motor - 2,2kW, measurement m: D - Ø2,3; H-2,7);

3. Mill including stone catcher(el.engine - 55kW);

4. Cyclone including sluice gate(Includes 1,5kW motoreducer);

5. Air filtration set(Cyclone includes sluice gate (el.engine - 0,75kW) and air filter EKO (filtrating sleeves and sack for collecting dust);

6. Electricity control box(General Electric);

7. Pellet Press OGM - 1,5A (CЄ)(Includes die and air filter EKO. Capacity- up to 1,3t /h. Total el.engines' capacity - 98kW,measurement m: (4,1x 3,85 x 5,67).
